In early February, key members of the Code Studio consultant team traveled to Concord for a 3-day trip to explore the community, meet with key stakeholders, and conduct an initial public kick-off meeting. The purpose of the stakeholder interviews was to hear from people familiar with the City about local development and existing regulations. Notes for each meeting were taken and consolidated by topic.
